HEALTHY MEALS- HELP YOU LOOSE WEIGHT, SHAPE YOUR BODY, AND ARE JUST HEALTHY IN GENERAL
In Europe, everywhere on TV and in media, in general, are talking about the link between processed food, particularly meet, and cancer and other illnesses. They back up these facts with the most recent studies in the field. They say that 1 ingredient foods are the healthiest (foods like chicken, fish, milk, eggs, each vegetable and fruit, grain, etc). So, this really means that the food we prepare from fresh ingredients is the healthiest (we always know what we put in it). In the same time, using our own combination of herbs and spices, made out of separate ingredients, should be way healthier than the herbs and spices mixtures that we get from the stores.
Here I will post different recipes and meals strategies that I use and the ones that I want to use, that I found over time online and offline.
